As you are aware, (Kumite) free fighting is a part of any martial art and at Hasha International Karate, Kumite is a part of our syllabus. We strive to encourage a good attitude with martial spirit at all times during training and especially in Kumite where you may have some contact with another opponent. Wearing the correct protective equipment is a must and we encourage our junior Hasha Dragon's to wear a protective head guard, mitts, gum shield and groin guard, as this helps lower the chance of injury to either person training or competing.
